If the home you are searching for must be charming, must be classic, must be private, than you must see this. Burnt adobe with the traditional U shaped Hacienda that depicts the best of Tucson. Visualize a plethora of French doors anchoring the inner courtyard with pool. Even the guest house opens to this inviting space. I love the feel of Mexican Tile floors intimating a sense of history,White washed beam ceilings, A master with a fireplace, and a guest house so large it could be 2 bedrooms and although seperate, it is blended into the main house. As an old Tucsonian, I so appreciate this find. Pool and Spa Heater have never been used. Additionally, The master has 2 walk in closets. Guest house studio has a sink and a small office. Dining Room Chandelier does not convey...... sentimental reasons.
